Energy Fitness offers weekly Outdoor Group Fitness sessions that cater to all fitness levels and abilities.

If you are a beginner or just returning to fitness you will be guided and coached according to your current level of fitness, with the aim of improving your strength, aerobic fitness and general tolerance to exercise. We want you to be able to enjoy participating in class and being active regularly. If you have been training for a while and are looking to take your fitness to the next level or try your hand at an event, look no further.

If you are a runner we offer it all – Couch to 5km, Half or Full Marathon, Ultra Marathons and Milers, Road or Trail – our Level 2 Advanced Running Coaches and Strength & Conditioning team will help you achieve your goals. We will allocate the best coach for you – one that has experience in the race or distance you are training for.

Depending on your goals, which may be to lose or maintain your weight, improve strength and tone up, run a marathon – you can achieve it all with Energy Fitness & Bioathletic.

The variety of classes on offer will ensure that you get a great cross training effect, never get bored and most of all be constantly surprised and challenged whilst having fun in a friendly social environment. No two classes are ever the same and the timetable rotates weekly so you won’t do the same class each time you come if you can only make one day per week. Obviously we hope you can make it more than once a week! Many classes contain a strength and cardio component so you get an all over workout.

What Our Subscription Offers:

Cost Per Week : $39.00 per week, paid weekly. Our weekly payments makes it easier on the pocket than lump sums. NO CONTRACTS OR ADMIN FEES.

Classes: UNLIMITED – You can do as many classes each week as your heart and body desires. All classes including BeachFit and Yoga (normally extra) are all part of the package. We have 12-13 sessions each week to choose from.

Can only make One Session Per Week? That’s OK, we have a single class subscription for $19.90. Paid by the week and you can use it on any session you choose (including Yoga and BeachFit). This is less than most casual classes on offer elsewhere.

Have  a Teen aged 13-18 that would like to come along for a session with mum or dad? We have a weekly Teen rate of just $10 a week with any full-paying membership Parent. Choose any class (except for Thursday Advanced Run Club). Parent must be present if child under 15. Email us for more info. NOTE: if you have a current subscription with us we can just add your child to that.

Pre Exercise Screening Form – Compulsory. Please complete and email to simone@energyfitnessgymea.com.au before attending your first session.

EVERY SESSION IS DIFFERENT!  There are no cut-and-paste repetitions you’ll find at a gym, and you are not stuck indoors in a sweat box! Enjoy what the Sutherland Shire has to offer – the magnificent outdoors. Every class is a new adventure! You get variety and fresh approach to training.

CLASS TYPES – Boxing, Strength, BeachFit (sandhills and beach), Running – all levels + Trail Running, Yoga (Power and Chill Flow), Cardio, Circuit, Battle Ropes/TRX, Body Weight Circuits, Kettle Bell & Cross Training, Cardio/Resistance Bands, Core. We give you an all round program to keep your body guessing and keep your mind fresh! You will never be bored!

Classes are 45-90mins in duration. Classes are held throughout the Shire. BeachFit is held at Greenhills Cronulla. We take in the best areas that the Sutherland Shire has to offer!

THE TRAINERS: All Level 3 and above (min 10 years’ experience), Advanced Running Coaches, Strength & Conditioning Coaches and highly qualified Yoga Instructors – you will find no team of trainers more qualified or more passionate to lead you.

For just $20 per week, our Online Running Coaching gives you Level 2 Advanced Coaches, all who are experienced and accomplished runners.

Supplement your online coaching with our Run and Strength sessions each week catering from Beginners to Advanced.
